1. What do I do if I have forgotten my Password or my Password does not work?

If you have forgotten your password, please click the ‘Lost Password’ link on the Login/Register page to reset your password or alternatively contact a member of Customer Care team by e-mail: luxurysoi@gmx.com or by phone: 98300 40330 who will who will be able reset your password, giving you immediate access to the website and your LuxurySoi account. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

a) No but we recommend you to register and create account at LuxurySoi for placing any order.

b) Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits.

c) Track your orders and review past purchases.

d) Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List.

e) Easily edit your account details, shipping & billing details from ‘My Account’ Page

f) Occasionally receive promo/discount codes sent to registered users only.

3. What payment methods does LuxurySoi accept?

1. Direct Wire Transfer credited to our Bank Account

4. Does LuxurySoi ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address within India per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination within India.

5. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item (within 24 hours of placing the order), change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. However, you can place a separate order for additional products. If you need to make any amendments or assistance required to place orders, please call Customer Care.

6. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your airway bill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by clicking the ‘View’ tab.

8. Who can I speak to about the Size and Fit of a certain item?

There is a comprehensive international size guide available on LuxurySoi, which can be viewed here. If you require further details, please contact the customer care team, who will be happy to offer you further assistance.

9. How do I use my Promo/Discount Code/Credit Code/Credit Note?
If you have Promo/Discount Coupon/Credit Code/Credit Note, enter your unique number or code in the cart page below the selected product and click ‘Apply Coupon’ and your discount or credit will be applied automatically.

10. I have seen the same product on another Website but at a lower price since I purchased my item at LuxurySoi. Will you refund me the difference?
All of our products are sold at the recommended retail price (RRP) in accordance with the guidelines laid out by our suppliers, so it is unlikely that we will refund the difference. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact customer care for any assistance you require.

11. How do I get further information about a particular product?
If you require any further information about a product or a designer, including questions about caring or size/fit for your item, please contact customer care and they will be happy to answer any queries.

12. What is Pre-Order?

For the first time in India the customers have the option to buy designer collections directly after the runway show from the fashion weeks around the world. Once you pre-order the product by paying 50% of the total price you will receive a invoice with the relevant VAT charges only at this stage. The prices include import or custom duties unless otherwise stated. When your product is ready for shipment after approximately four to six (4 to 6) months of pre-ordering we will inform you by email or phone call to pay the remaining 50% of the total price due which will also include the relevant VAT charges and shipping charges along with any additional duties, if any. You will receive a invoice for the above amount separately by email.

The Terms and Conditions relevant to Pre-ordered Products are mentioned in Section 2.8 of the Terms and Conditions of Website Use under Supply Terms. Please read before placing your order or contact our Customer Care team for any clarifications.

13. What is ‘Sale’?

From time to time we might offer Product(s) in the ‘Sale’ section of the website with reduced prices or discounted prices. Please note that there is no Return or Exchange on ‘Sale’ Product(s) and Cancellation is possible only within 24 hours of placing order in accordance with section 2.5 of the Terms and Conditions of Website Use.

We endeavor to provide our users innovative ways to shop online without compromising on the offline experience and keep up with the latest trends and styles from the highly respected stylists and fashion icons from India and abroad.
