You may return products purchased from luxurysoi.com, within 7 (Seven) days from the date of receipt of the Product(s) purchased on luxurysoi.com.
To return Product(s) we invite you to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and call Customer Care with a valid & genuine Reason for Return & Exchange before shipping your return package to us, in order to receive the return code.

Please note that you will be responsible for all returning costs and charges and also for all risks for loss or damages of the Product(s). The return right – besides compliance with the terms and procedures described in the above paragraph – shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
1. Send a e-mail request to email@example.com to return the Product(s) within 7 (Seven) days from the receipt of the Product(s) purchased on luxurysoi.com.
2. The Product(s) must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
3. The identification tag must still be attached to the Product(s) with the disposable seal, if any;
4. The Product(s) must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging;
5. Returned Product(s) must be shipped back to LuxurySoi with a sole dispatch within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the Products.
6. No return or exchange on ‘Sale’ Product(s).
Once we receive the return we will verify if the return or exchange falls under the LuxurySoi standards of returns & exchanges. Customer care will notify you by email and phone call confirming the above, if your exchange has been accepted a credit code/note will be issued and emailed to you deducting transaction and shipping costs as applicable on the original order placed through the website and paid online by credit card/debit card/net banking, which will be valid for 365 days on luxurysoi.com.
