Shipping Methods & Costs

Product(s) will be dispatched to the address specified in the Order Form only upon registration of the payment and provided effective payment of the purchase price. Delivery to PO boxes will not be allowed.

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible from the order confirmation and specific time required for dispatch and delivery will be specified for each product in the Shipping Policy and Assistance box on the Product page. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We deliver only within India currently.

All orders are shipped via our Courier partners. It takes upto 7 working days for delivery.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Please order from luxurysoi.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as luxurysoi.com cannot be responsible for this.

If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible

If you decide to purchase products belonging to different classes by submitting to LuxurySoi a single Order Form, you should be aware that each Product may be delivered to you on different time.

As luxurysoi.com online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will need a signature upon delivery for all products shipped.

We aim to deliver your chosen products to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the email you were sent containing your tracking number or alternatively email us at luxurysoi@gmx.com and we will track your shipment for you.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with the order number or a reference number along with the total value of your order that will be debited from your Credit/Debit Card/Net-Banking etc. This is an order confirmation e-mail from LuxurySoi. You will get a second e-mail containing PDF Invoice stating Order Confirmation and third e-mail stating the Shipping Information with your Order Tracking number by the means of which you can track your order online on the website.

LuxurySoi insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Please note that if you choose to return the parcel/product(s); insurance of the parcel becomes your responsibility. We require a signature for any Products delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased Products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by LuxurySoi and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

The Shipping charges are commensurate with the Origin of the consignment and will be chargeable on each individual product as stated individually in the Shipping Policy and Assistance tab on the Product page. The same will be shown in cart, order sheet and subsequent Invoice.
